Aromatic Modern Braised Platter

Ingredients:

1 pack CLAYPOT Klang Traditional Herbal
Broth

6 chicken wings

10 chicken gizzards

2 pieces of bean curd

2 hard-boiled eggs

2 spring onions

5 cloves garlic

3 slices ginger

700 ml water

100 ml light soy sauce

1 tbsp dark soy sauce

10 g rock sugar

1 tsp honey

Cooking Method:

  1. Place chicken wings and water in a pot. Bring to boil.
    Remove from heat. Drain. Set aside.
  2. Place chicken gizzards in a pot and cook for 20 minutes till soft.
    Remove from heat. Drain. Set aside.
  3. In a pot, bring 700 ml water to boil. Add in spring onion, garlic, ginger and CLAYPOT Klang
    Traditional Herbal Broth. Reduce heat and simmer for 20 minutes.
  4. Add in chicken wings, gizzards, light soy sauce and dark soy sauce. Stir well.
  5. Add rock sugar and honey. Continue to simmer for another 15 minutes.
  6. Add bean curd and eggs. Boil for 5 minutes. Remove from heat.
    Set aside in the pot for 4-5 hours before serving. Serve hot.

Bahan-bahan:

1 pek CLAYPOT Klang Tradisional Herbal Broth
Sayap ayam 6

10 gizzards ayam

2 keping dadih

2 telur rebus

2 biji bawang

5 ulas bawang putih

3 keping halia

700 ml air

100 ml sos soya

1 sudu kecil kicap hitam

10 g gula batu

1 sudu teh madu

Kaedah Memasak:

  1. Letakkan sayap ayam dan air di dalam periuk. Bawa mendidih.
    Keluarkan dari haba. Longkang. Mengetepikan.
  2. Letakkan gizzards ayam dalam periuk dan masak selama 20 minit sehingga lembut.
    Keluarkan dari haba. Longkang. Mengetepikan.
  3. Dalam periuk, masukkan 700 ml air untuk mendidih. Masukkan bawang, bawang putih,
    halia dan CLAYPOT Klang Tradisional Herbal Broth. Kurangkan haba dan reneh selama 20
    minit.
  4. Masukkan sayap ayam, gizzards, kicap ringan dan sos soya yang gelap. Kacau hingga
    sebati.
  5. Tambah gula batu dan madu. Teruskan reneh selama 15 minit lagi.
  6. Tambah dadih dan telur kacang. Rebus selama 5 minit. Keluarkan dari haba.
    Diketikan di dalam periuk selama 4-5 jam sebelum disajikan. Hidangkan panas.
