Nyonya Chicken Curry with Pineapple

Ingredients:

1 pack CLAYPOT Nyonya Chicken Curry Mix (complete with coconut cream powder)

5 whole chicken drumsticks

½ pineapple

2 tbsp raisin

620 ml water

10 tbsp cooking oil

Cooking Method:

  1. Mix 120 ml water with CLAYPOT Nyonya Chicken Curry Mix into paste.
  2. Mix coconut cream powder with 500 ml water and stir well. Set aside.
  3. In a wok, heat cooking oil and saute’ curry paste for 2-3 minutes or fragrant.
  4. Add in chicken, pineapple and raisin. Bring to boil.
  5. Cover with lid and continue to simmer over medium heat for about 20 minutes.
  6. Add in coconut milk. Stir well. Bring to boil. Serve hot.

Bahan-bahan:

1 pek CLAYPOT Nyonya Chicken Curry Mix (lengkap dengan serbuk krim kelapa)

5 drumsticks ayam keseluruhan

½ nanas

2 sudu besar kismis

620 ml air

10 sudu besar minyak masak

Kaedah Memasak:

  1. Campurkan air 120 ml dengan CLAYPOT Nyonya Chicken Mix Curry menjadi pes.
  2. Campurkan serbuk krim kelapa dengan air 500 ml dan kacau dengan baik. Mengetepikan.
  3. Dalam kuali, panaskan minyak masak dan tumis 'kari pes selama 2-3 minit atau harum.
  4. Masukkan ayam, nanas dan kismis. Bawa mendidih.
  5. Tutup dengan tudung dan terus reneh selama lebih kurang 20 minit.
  6. Masukkan susu kelapa. Kacau hingga sebati. Bawa mendidih. Hidangkan panas.
