Sesame Chicken with Sticky Rice

Ingredients:

1 pack CLAYPOT Emperor Chicken Herbs &
Spices Mix

2 boneless chicken drumsticks (cut into
chunks)

500 g glutinous rice

30 g old ginger (sliced)

Wolfberry (handful)

1 tsp sugar

1 tsp dark soy sauce

5 tbsp sesame oil

150 ml water

1 tbsp light soy sauce

1 tbsp oyster sauce

Cooking Method:

  1. Soak glutinous rice for 4 hours. Drain. Set aside.
  2. Marinate chicken with ½ pack of CLAYPOT Emperor Chicken Mix for 1 hour.
  3. In a pan, add glutinous rice and water. Stir fry it for 10 minutes.
  4. In another wok, saute’ ginger with sesame oil until fragrant.
  5. Add in marinated chicken and continue to stir fry for 5 minutes.
  6. Add glutinous rice and stir well.
  7. Season with sugar, dark soy sauce, light soy sauce and oyster sauce.
  8. Add 2 tbsp of CLAYPOT Emperor Chicken mix and wolfberry. Stir well.
  9. Transfer the rice to tray and steam over high hear for about 30 minutes or until cooked.

Bahan-bahan:

1 pek CLAYPOT Emperor Chicken Herbs &
Spices Mix

2 drumsticks ayam tanpa tulang (potong)

500 g beras ketan

Jahe 30 g lama (dihiris)

Wolfberry (segenggam)

1 sdt gula

1 sudu kecil kicap hitam

5 sudu minyak bijan

150 ml air

1 sudu kecil kicap ringan

1 sudu besar sos tiram

Kaedah Memasak:

  1. Rendamkan beras ketan selama 4 jam. Longkang. Mengetepikan.
  2. Marinate ayam dengan ½ pek CLAYPOT Maharaja Chicken Mix selama 1 jam.
  3. Dalam kuali, masukkan beras dan air ketan. Kacau selama 10 minit.
  4. Dalam kuali lain, tumis halia dengan minyak bijan sehingga harum.
  5. Masukkan ayam marin dan terus goreng selama 5 minit.
  6. Masukkan beras ketan dan kacau dengan baik.
  7. Musim dengan gula, sos kicap, kicap ringan dan sos tiram.
  8. Tambah 2 sudu campuran campuran Emperor Chaypot dan wolfberry. Kacau hingga sebati.
  9. Pindahkan padi ke dulang dan stim selama mendengar selama 30 minit atau sehingga dimasak.
