1 pack CLAYPOT Ten herbs soup mix
1 pc black chicken (Clean and cut it into quarter, then blanched until
it cooked. Next, rinse them with water and set aside)

Side Ingredients:
200g fresh mushrooms
2 slices ginger
5 pieces bei-qi

1.2 L water
1 tbsp broth
3 tsp chicken stock granules
½ tsp salt
A bit of sugar

  1. Put all the ingredients and side ingredients into a big stew pot
  2. Add the seasonings into the boiling water, and then pour the broth into the stew pot and seal with lid. Steam it for 1 ½ hours with high heat and is ready to serve.
