
Ingredients:
1 pack CLAYPOT Ginseng Herbal Aromatic
Soup Mix
1 black chicken
½ cup glutinous rice
2 fresh ginseng (optional)
8 cloves garlic
5 red dates
Dash of white pepper powder
Salt to taste
1500 ml water
3 thinly sliced ginger
Cooking Method:
- Soak glutinous rice for 4 hours. Set aside.
- Stuff the black chicken with 2 tbsp of sticky rice, ginseng (optional), 2 cloves of garlic and 2 red dates.
- Seal the chicken cavity with toothpicks
- Place the black chicken, garlic, CLAYPOT Ginseng Soup, sliced ginger and 3 red dates into a pot of water.
- Bring it to boil and simmer for 30 minutes. Reduce to medium heat and continue to simmerfor another 30-45 minutes.
- Add white pepper powder and salt to taste. Stir well. Serve hot.
Bahan-bahan:
1 pek Campuran Aromatik Aromatik Herba
CLAYPOT Ginseng
1 ayam hitam
½ cawan beras ketan
2 ginseng segar (pilihan)
8 ulas bawang putih
5 tarikh merah
Dash serbuk lada putih
Garam secukup rasa
1500 ml air
3 halia dihiris nipis
Kaedah Memasak:
- Rendamkan beras ketan selama 4 jam. Mengetepikan.
- Masukkan ayam hitam dengan 2 sudu nasi beras, ginseng (pilihan), 2 ulas bawang putih dan 2 kurma merah.
- Letakkan rongga ayam dengan tusuk gigi
- Letakkan ayam hitam, bawang putih, Sup Kembung CLAYPOT, halia dihiris dan 3 tarikh merah ke dalam periuk air.
- Bawa ia mendidih dan reneh selama 30 minit. Kurangkan hingga api sederhana dan teruskan reneh selama 30-45 minit lagi.
- Masukkan serbuk lada putih dan garam secukup rasa. Kacau hingga sebati. Hidangkan panas.
