1 pack CLAYPOT CHICKUTEH herbs and spices mixed
150g golden mushrooms
1 can button mushrooms
300g Chinese cabbage
2 nos roasted garlic
1 stalk sweet cane
2 pc old ginger
3 pc gan-cao (Licorice Root)
5 pc lao-ren-sen (Radix Ginseng)
Light soy sauce to taste
- Cut the chicken into pieces and blanch it with boiling water. Set aside.
- Boil the water in a claypot together with CLAYPOT CHICKUTEH herbs and spices mix. Then, add in soup ingredients and chicken pieces. Boil them over low flame for half an hour until the chicken is cooked and tender.
- Lastly, add in golden mushrooms, button mushrooms and Chinese cabbage. Boil them again and put in seasoning before serving.
